Agreement
By using the website of BEC – B Executive Cars and requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are provided based on the information you supply. A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it. Prices are fixed at the point of confirmation, provided the journey details remain unchanged.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate journey details, including correct addresses, times and passenger numbers, and for being ready at the agreed pickup time.
Our service
We will take reasonable care to provide a punctual, professional service. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic or road closures.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the booking concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
